"One of the worst insurance companies in my opinion. I was insured by them less than a year. Two of the worst road side assistance requests I ever had to make from that company standpoint. I needed a tow from dealership to my house. The first time I had to wait 2 and a half hour. As a token of compensation I was offered a gift card which never arrived. Second time around, my wife had a flat tire on 294. I requested service in that emergency situation I was told it would take 3 hours to get someone to assist. Near the end of the first 6 month of the policy, I got a bill which I paid in full giving them the benefit of the doubt at the beginning of the new 6 month, they did not bother to send the new ID cards. However they were quick yo ask for money even though I had paid them in full. Please stay away from that company STATE FARM! UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND WAITING FOR 3 HOURS FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE. They had the nerve to send a bill for a service call I had called to cancel within the first 30 min. AGAIN STAY AWAY! MY AGENT WAS JIM MARINELLI."
